Effective cornering tips

Cornering is more important than always keeping the throttle open if you want to get the best time in Car Rush.

• Entering from the outer edge: Before turning, bring your car close to the outer edge of the lane. This allows for a wider cornering angle and less need for sharp steering.
• Cutting into the middle of the corner: When reaching the apex of the corner, gently steer to let the car pass the innermost point of the corner. This creates a shorter and faster "racing line".
• Exiting the corner to the outer edge: After passing the apex of the corner, gradually open the steering wheel to let the car drift to the outer edge. The car will maintain more speed instead of having to reduce throttle.
• Avoid constant steering: Small, smooth turns are always faster than swaying the car back and forth. Excessive steering can easily cause the car to veer off the road.
• Reduce throttle before entering sharp corners: If you enter a corner too quickly, you'll be thrown onto the grass and waste more time than if you slowed down early.
